is a haunting vision glazed in blood red atmosphere. It follows the
unhinged journey of The Doctor and Helden as they walk the countryside
in parallel universe Germany full of strange characters trapped in a
cocktail of venomous hostility and childlike frivolity. It's Down by
Law meets Natural Born Killers set in the 1930's? 40s?. To the Wolves
is far more polished than The Doctor and focuses in a world less
surreal and deranged but as dangerous. Dustin Rooney offers us a new
Malcolm McDowell with switchblade delivery. Jerry Adams carries himself
well as a murderous pillar reminiscent of Lon Chaney Jr's The Wolf Man.
Entertaining and evil, Grand-Guignol and poetry, wicked and worth
watching"
