DISQUES DE LAPIN is
essentially
perfect. Offering the finest in musical
discs and downloads, it brings you into the wild and untamed worlds of
such artistes as Dustmuffin & the Aluminum Cans/The Universes,
Little Sarah Sings!, Thomas Nöla et son Orchestre und mehr. Little else
is needed in this modern world.
We have concluded that more money should go to people who create things or who enjoy the created things...less money should go to industrial plants and government postal delivery systems. You concur.
Let's sit under the tree with radishes and carrots while dreaming about a world sans factories.

BUT HOW CAN I OBTAIN DISQUES DE LAPIN?????
A) The ESKIMO/LAPIN shoppe carries them right here all at reasonable prices.
B) SOLEILMOON distributes them globally in stores and online.
C) These preferred international shops (and others) carry them. Lucky you.

- OLD EUROPA CAFE (Northern Italy)
- STEELWORK MASCHINE (Brest, France)
- TOPHETH PROPHET (Tel Aviv)
- EQUILIBRIUM (Portugal)
A NOTE ON DISQUES DE LAPIN:
Lately, we've started
releasing
disques in a non-conventional manner: by pressing and screen-printing
them in-house, packaging them in 7" sleeves, playing around and
whatnot. More will follow. There are many reasons for this. Let's
discuss them.1.
Jewel cases are ugly, boring and heavy to ship. They are the
past. They
also convey a sense of the music being disposable and generally display
the recording in a substandard light. All this makes rabbits nauseous.
2. In these modern times, CD-Rs work the same as replicated ones. They sound the same, play the same.
3. Using factories to do something that you could do yourself, but in a more interesting way, is silly.
4. Doing things yourselves and on-demand means that you can charge less and make equal (if not more) profit. This means everyone saves money except industrial CD plants...they are horrible and don't deserve our money.
5. Self-reliance and innovation are virtues.
