    Enigmatic former Welsh coal miner Vincent Tulip lived a hard, cruel life, but ended it on a high note with his one foray into composing: the soundtrack to Eskimo TV programme "Happy Birthday, Cake Eater". Unschooled in any musical discipline, Mr. Tulip improvised with a Moog and reel-to-reel machine several weeks before his untimely death in early 2010 (aged 94) of Pneumoconiosis.
